Funding Advice

There are several options available for funding your care.  These are usually discussed at the initial assessment meeting with our Care Manager and yourselves.

Social Services, NHS, privately funded are among the options.

We are always available if you need advice about whether you may be eligible for funding and we can assist with the application process as we are aware that this can prove to be quite stressful.

We understand that the funding options that are available aren’t as straight forward to understand as some people make out. To some it feels like a massive hurdle to come across before care has even commenced.

Funding options do differ to each service user so we will be more than happy to discuss all the funding options either over the phone or at the initial assessment.

As we are now NURSE LED this enables us to be on the NHS framework. This means that any patient in hospital who would like to go home but requires specialist care, we are contacted as a first port of call from the NHS and asked if we can service the needs of that patient. These packages are quite complex and most are End Of Life Care that is required, which our staff are fully trained in this area.
